India Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in INDIA, unless an explicit shipping charge displays at checkout for select items.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to everywhere in the world.
The shipping rates below are our best estimates. The final shipping cost will be collected at the time of actual shipment. As far as possible, we have subsidised the cost of the shipping amount.
If you ordered more than 1 unit, please check the applicable shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kayotsarga Fan First Brands Pvt Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Pre-orders Shipping Policy
We have been shipping toys for a very long time. You could be located anywhere in the world, we’d be there to sort out all issues in best of our capacity until the product package reaches your hand.
We will contact you as soon as we start shipping as per the date stated on Pre-order product page. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking info.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and WhatsApp message from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order tracking within 2 days, please contact us at hello@comicmolds.com or WhatsApp +91 8310091911 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery (see Returns policy to check products not eligible for returns), if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
